Notice of the International Delivery Delays and suspension due to COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus)

Thank you for the continued supports for Opal Direct.

Japan Post Office has announced that there are unavoidable impacts on their delivery services due to the spared of COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus).

As of JUNE 18, 2020, Japan post also has announced temporary suspensiion of acceptance of international mail items destinated to various countries/territories.

As all international shipments from Opal Direct are arranged via EMS or International ePacket , there are possibilities of delays or suspension.

In addition, we have been notified that a number of parcels shipped out  will be returned back to our office as the postal services were unable to find a way to ship them to your current destination. 
 
As the parcels are returned, we will refund the full amount of money including shipping costs. 


The situation may change, so we will keep you updated as revised information is received.
